Contact Compliance Opportunities

CC Opps.

What Is It?

CC Opps (Contact Compliance Opportunities) is a count of the number of times in a working week in which you had the opportunity to earn Contact Compliance credit when marking a package as Undeliverable. Your CC Opps. number is compared with your SWC-CC score as a secondary measure of your Contact Compliance.

Whenever you mark a package as Undeliverable, that is a CC Opp.

How To Manage Your Score

You can do either one of two things to keep your SWC-CC score high, or your CC Opps. number low.

The best approach is to deliver all the packages you receive for your route. If you don't have to mark packages as Undeliverable you don't have to worry about getting Contact Compliance credit by going through the proper set of steps for marking a package as Undeliverable. Doing this will keep you CC Opps. number low, and keep your SWC-CC score high with minimal effort and time. (Doing this will also help you keep your DCR score high.)

The other method for keeping your SWC-CC score high is to go through the proper set of steps each and every time you mark a package as Undeliverable in order to receive Contact Compliance credit. Remember to always text/call/text using the Flex app prompts.

How Is It Measured?

Your CC Opps. number is a simple count of how many opportunities you had during the working week to contact a customer when marking a package as Undeliverable. Each package you mark as Undeliverable is a CC Opp.
